How long do the wigs last?
With proper care, our luxury wigs can last 1–3 years depending on usage and maintenance. Blended wigs require consistent care but can last 1-2 years if well maintained.
Are the clip in extensions easy to install?
Absolutely. Our clip-ins are beginner-friendly and designed for quick, secure application.
When will I get my order?
Orders are usually processed the day of purchase by 6pm. Any orders made before 6pm will be delivered within 4-7 working days. Customisations may take between 10-14 working days.
Do you accept custom orders?
We do accept custom designs, however if you have custom modifications, we would advise to use the contact bar to send through your request. Thereafter we will communicate directly with you regarding your purchase.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is added onto your total in your cart. We only offer standard shipping at a cost of R99.
